By creating an account or using Helm (operated by Helm.biz, LLC), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You agree to use Helm only for lawful purposes. You may not:
You retain ownership of all content you create using Helm. By using the service, you grant Helm.biz, LLC a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your websites, marketing assets, or other output.
Helm bills in two ways. A monthly subscription keeps your published site live. New work you ask for is charged per delivered feature, and you are charged for a feature only after it has been built, shown to you, and approved by you — if you decline it, it is not published and you are not charged for it. If we charge you for work we then fail to deliver, that charge is reversed. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The Helm platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Helm.biz, LLC. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the platform to you.
Helm is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements. Use of AI-generated content is at your own discretion and risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helm.biz, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Helm, including lost profits or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your content will be deleted within 30 days.
We may revise these terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email. Continued use of Helm after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
